The information we collect is name, address, social security number, crop production history, financial information (as it pertains to opening trading accounts & crop insurance applications). We share this information with our clearing firm and crop insurance companies.
We do not disclose customer non-public information to any third party. We protect this information by having passwords to enter any of our computers for customer files and shredding unused documents, as well as, we have an alarm system on our door. We also have a network system with firewalls.
